Thank you for choosing Rhino Greenhouses! We’re confident you’ll love your new greenhouse and accessories, but if you don’t, here’s everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returning a greenhouse |

Returns
Returning a Greenhouse
We hope you’re thrilled with your shiny new Rhino greenhouse. If not, no worries! Just call us at 0800 694 1929 or email service@greenhousesdirect.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange to collect your greenhouse from you quickly and smoothly.
Please note: There is a collection fee based on your greenhouse’s model and size, which will be deducted from your refund. We will go through the costs with you when you contact us.
Returning Accessories & Parts
If your Rhino accessories or parts aren’t quite right, just get in touch at 0800 694 1929 or service@greenhousesdirect.co.uk within 14 days of delivery and you can return them.
Please note: Sending the item back is at your own cost and varies depending on the items returned. Returning a large integral staging will cost differently than a small automatic vent opener, for example. Unless instructed otherwise, it is your responsibility to ensure that the parts are sent back to us.
Damaged on Arrival?
We take great care packing your order, but if something arrives damaged, don’t panic! Contact our friendly service team right away at 0800 694 1929 or service@greenhousesdirect.co.uk. We’ll send out a replacement free of charge.
To speed things up, please provide:
- Your order number or postcode
- A description of the damage
- Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
This helps us investigate our factory and prevent future mishaps.
Exchanges
Ordered the wrong item?
It happens! Just call 0800 694 1929 or email service@greenhousesdirect.co.uk with your order details within 14 days, and we’ll happily swap it out for the correct one.
Please be aware: Some exchanges may involve restocking and delivery fees, which we assess individually. Unless instructed otherwise, it is your responsibility to ensure that the parts are sent back to us.
Received the incorrect item?
If we sent you the wrong product by mistake, let us know immediately at 0800 694 1929 or service@greenhousesdirect.co.uk. We’ll arrange to collect the incorrect item and deliver the right one, free of charge.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned items and they pass inspection at our factory, we’ll process your refund, including any original delivery costs, within 14 days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
